Assurity Excellence in Customer Service
Who: Everyone before receiving any claims.
What: A training on understanding who our customers are along with the concept behind the excellence in customer service with a focus on telephone interactions (whether leaving messages or speaking directly with someone), in-person meetings (with Insureds, contractors, public adjusters, attorneys, etc.) and written and electronic correspondence (letter writing, emails, and texts) etiquette.

Claim Handling Recap101
Who: Required for anyone with less than 5 years of adjusting experience. Optional attendance for all other adjusters.
What: The course reviews common estimating standards and general policy information. It was established to bring adjusters back to the basics and serve as a refresher course. It reviews basic damage situations, inspection minimums, proper photographing, and reporting.

Gotcha Covered
Who: Optional attendance for adjusters and required of anyone interested in learning commercial claim handling.
What: The course reviews standard commercial policies along with common endorsements. It covers common coverage issues along with less common situations. The key to learning commercial is knowing typical wording and where coverage is addressed with the policy and endorsements.
